With nation-wide responsibility for improving the health and well being of all Americans, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) oversees the biomedical research programs of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and those of NIH's research Institutes.

The National Cancer Institute (NCI), a major research component of NIH and DHHS is recruiting for a Physicians Assistant, GS-0603-12/13, with a salary range $69,764 to $107,854. Federal benefits include leave, health and life insurance and retirement savings plan (401K equivalent). The incumbent will provide clinical care for the evaluation and management of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in a clinical research setting.
