Rx Lens Sales Representative Available Territories: Florida € Chicago, IL € N. California € North East We are seeking a motivated candidate to call on current account base in said territory to promote the Oakley Rx Lab, lenses and available services. Responsibilities: Expanding distribution based on current sales directives and expectations of Oakley Optical Sales Reps. Conduct clinics and trainings on Oakley lenses to optical account staff. Report weekly to Rx Sales Manager on account visits, trainings, challenges, successes, etc. Meet or exceed established sales goals. Qualifications: 3-5 years sales experience selling lenses to wholesale labs or eyecare professionals and well-versed in selling multiple lens types and products. Experience working for a recognized lens manufacturer or lab. Well-versed and familiar with industry trends, product and competition. Must possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to multi-task, with exceptional organizational skills. Prefer candidate to be computer literate and proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Key Account Manager, Rx Based at our Headquarters in Foothill Ranch, California. We are seeking a candidate to manage and drive all aspects of business related to select key accounts in the U.S. Optical Channel. Responsibilities: Create and implement strategies to grow key accounts at or above budgeted targets. Create and implement buying programs and sell through incentive programs. Maintain strong relationships and partnerships. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of U.S. wholesale Optical Channel. Sales or Management experience within the Optical Channel. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint presentations. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform without constant supervision. Strong Excel skills. Experience and proven results dealing with larger, multi-door accounts. Willingness to travel frequently.
