Regional Talent Specialist-OH, TX, NC/SC Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment of Pharmacists and Optometrists for Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club. Will be responsible for supporting a variety of recruiting activities such as College Recruiting/Relations, networking with organizations, direct recruiting, and training of the local HR and Operations teams. Will require extensive travel within the specific geographical territory in which the position is located.
